DLA JETS 2.0
Overview
NexGen Data Systems, Inc. (NGDS) holds a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) 2.0 Small Business prime contract under Group A. The DLA JETS 2.0 contract encompasses IT services, technical expertise, and management expertise supporting applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, and systems across the DLA IT Enterprise.

This $12B Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract spans a five-year base period, with the potential for an additional five-year option, supporting both U.S. and international Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.

All DoD agencies are eligible to use the DLA JETS 2.0 contract.
NGDS offers advanced enterprise IT services on the DLA JETS 2.0 contract, with a focus on cloud, data center, and network solutions with integrated cybersecurity and management capabilities for complete turn-key solutions.

Task Area 1: Network & Telecom Services

Comprehensive Network Management (LAN/WAN) for Large-Scale Global Enterprise Networks, Service Desk Support, and Firewall Support Experience.

Task Area 2: Tech Services

System Administration; Vulnerability Management; Virtual Platform Administration for VMware infrastructure and MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS (SIPRNET and NIPRNET); Backup Support; SAN Support; COTS Application Administration; Asset Management; Database Administration; and Active Directory Support.
Task Area 3: ESD

Total Helpdesk Solutions across Tier 1-3, including Customer Support and Change Management with experience using ITIL v3 and v4.
Task Area 4: DBS Lifecycle Management

Support of Enterprise DoD systems to include Current State Assessment; Documentation; Configuration Management; Test Planning; Test Execution; and Technical Advisory.
Task Area 5: Lifecycle Program Support Services

Full DoD System Lifecycle Support and Services to include IT Project Planning & Management; Management Support; Compliance Assessment; IT Project Data Benchmarking; IT Project Analysis; Risk Assessment & Impact; IT Infrastructure Transition Services (Relocation & Design); and Asset Lifecycle Support & Improvement.
Task Area 6: Cybersecurity Support Services

Cybersecurity Support to include RMF Services; Policy Services; POA&M Services; Cybersecurity Technology Assessment; Cyber Workforce Management / Reporting; Threat Detection; and Incident Response.
Task Area 7: Program/ Project Management Support

Full spectrum experience in Program / Project Management Support for complex IT Projects to include IT Infrastructure Modernization.

IT Enterprise Assistance with Technology Enhancements; Recommending Enhancements to Improve Risk Management, Testing, Deployment, and Training; Facilitating Working Groups; Coordinating Multiple Interfacing Teams; and Managing Schedules.

Technology Evaluation to align to IT Strategic Plans, Technology Roadmaps, Operational Plans. Experience with Cost/Financial Management to include Budget Execution; Enterprise Architecture Support; Test and Documentation Support; IT Process Management; Configuration Management; and IT Audit Readiness.
Task Area 10: Cloud Hosting Services

Cloud Hosting full lifecycle services meeting Federal, DoD, and DISA standards. Specialized expertise in meeting or exceeding DoD SCCA FRD, DISA Cloud Computing SRG, FedRAMP, and DoD Provisional Authorization requirements, and providing access to FedRAMP artifacts based on Impact Level.
